Terms: 

You agree to have your information entered into Casa de LaLina data collection for security purposes, future purchases, and or legal documentation.

You (customer) understand & agree that Bottles, container may vary due to availability & tariffs. Disclaimer: Products are still in development process, you agree to slight changes in packaging, quality, color. Skin irritation can occur, consult with your doctor about any allergies you may have before using products. By purchasing products you (customer) ,remove liability from CASA DE LALINA (company) and any other partnering companies, or manufacturers due to product quality issues, skin irritation, or allergic reactions or symptoms. By consenting to these conditions and purchases, you waive all rights to pursue all/any type of legal action against CASA DE LALINA LLC, including class action lawsuits, civil suits, injury claims, etc. You are entitled to exchanges, or store credits, or refunds in certain circumstances. We strive to satisfy our customers, and we are committed to providing genuine customer satisfaction so reach out to CASA DE LALINA if you feel that our product is not to your satisfaction and we will take appropriate action to resolve your concerns. 

ARTICLE X – MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

1.Governing Law

2. This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the District of

Columbia, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

3.Entire Agreement

4. This Agreement contains the full and complete understanding among the Members with respect to

Casa de LaLina LLC and supersedes any prior written or oral agreements concerning the Company.

5.Amendments

6. No amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by

all Members of Casa de LaLina LLC.

7.Severability

8. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, such

invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, and the Agreement shall be enforced

as if the invalid portion had never been included.

9.Notices

10. Any notice required or permitted under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed

delivered when (a) personally delivered, (b) sent by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the

Member’s address on record, or (c) delivered electronically if agreed upon by all Members.

11.Counterparts

12. This Agreement may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an

original, and all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument. Signatures

transmitted electronically (including by PDF or electronic signature service) shall be considered valid

and binding.

13.Headings

14. Section and article headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of this

Agreement.

15.Waiver

16. The failure of any Member to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be considered a waiver

of that Member’s right to enforce the same provision at a later time
